The Tanis Preserving Kit makes this process simpler and more convenient by providing all the necessary components based on engine manufacturers’ recommendations.

Available in two options for 4 and 6 cylinder engines, each kit includes high-quality materials and detailed instructions to ensure thorough preservation. The kits use MIL-C-6529C Type I concentrate, which is mixed with mineral oil (MIL-L-6082C (SAE J1966), Grade 1100, mineral aircraft engine oil) to produce an oil that conforms to MIL-C-6529C Type II. Please note that the mineral oil must be acquired separately by the customer.
